Meet the physician-led Pittsburgh team and explore the care model being prepared for a Pennsylvania pilot—online when appropriate, with a Monroeville office for local continuity.

Pilot journey preview

A careful path from first question to clinician-led plan.

01

Ask for launch updates

While enrollment is closed, leave your first name, email, and state only. This does not create a patient account, collect medical history, or begin care.

02

Complete a secure intake after enrollment opens

The clinical questionnaire opens only after the consent and enrollment gates are approved. Clinical information belongs inside the secure account, never on this public page.

03

Meet a named clinician and build a plan

Evaluation, labs, in-person care, and treatment decisions will depend on clinical appropriateness and availability. Prescribing is never guaranteed.

Laboratory-service status

Your labs should answer questions—not create new ones.

Explore a planned clinician-designed panel, draw at a participating Pennsylvania location when ordered, and receive a plain-language review.

What happens after an update request?

The practice saves contact details for non-clinical launch news. No patient account or care relationship is created.

Questions, answered

Straight answers before you start.

Is this like a national telehealth platform?

The planned Pennsylvania experience combines private online intake, telehealth when appropriate, secure messaging, and continuity from a named Pittsburgh-based care team with an office for hands-on care.

Who will review clinical information after enrollment opens?

The planned clinical workflow keeps Victor Prisk, MD, or Elizabeth Headlee, CRNP, responsible for review and care decisions. The current update form does not collect clinical information. Automated tools will not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinician judgment.

Do you take insurance?

The proposed programs use self-pay pricing. Medication and some outside laboratory costs are separate. For eligible weight-loss medications, the team may help explain insurance and manufacturer-program options; availability and cost vary.

What if I live outside Pennsylvania?

POWFIT MD is preparing a Pennsylvania-only pilot. You may leave contact information for non-clinical expansion updates, but that does not create a patient account or begin care. Clinical enrollment cannot expand until the treating clinician and the full operating model are authorized in that state.

Does paying guarantee a prescription?

No. Payment never guarantees medication. Prescriptions are issued only after an appropriate evaluation and only when a clinician determines they are medically appropriate.
