A membership is not a guarantee of a prescription — all treatment decisions are made by a licensed clinician after evaluation.

Why do you require two morning blood draws?
Testosterone varies from day to day and is generally highest in the morning. Two separate morning measurements help a clinician avoid basing a diagnosis on one potentially unrepresentative result.
Do I have to come into the office?
Once, to start. POWFIT MD's Pennsylvania controlled-substance policy begins with an in-person evaluation at our Monroeville office. After that, most visits can be handled by telehealth, with local lab draws when appropriate.
