Eligibility review first — draw locally when ordered

How Performance Labs work

Men's and women's performance panels — hormones, metabolic health, and more

A brief eligibility intake reviewed before a clinician places the order

Drawn at a participating Pennsylvania location when ordered

Results reviewed by a clinician, with a plain-English summary

Cash price displayed before payment

Results can inform later care when they remain clinically relevant

The honest fine print

Lab panels require clinician review before an order is placed. A lab purchase is not medical treatment, and results outside normal ranges may require follow-up care. Draw-site availability, insurance routing, and final cash pricing depend on the approved launch workflow and will be confirmed before payment.

Labs questions, answered

How does it work?

Complete a brief eligibility intake. If appropriate, a clinician places the order and you receive instructions for an available Pennsylvania draw site. Results are reviewed by the clinical team with a plain-English summary.

What's in the $99 Performance Panel?

The final marker list, eligibility requirements, and approved price will be displayed before any payment. The panel remains subject to clinician and launch approval.

What if something comes back abnormal?

A clinician reviews every result. When a finding needs attention, the workflow explains it in context and recommends an appropriate next step—with POWFIT MD, your own clinician, or an urgent or emergency service when indicated.

Do I need insurance?

The panel uses cash pricing. If you want to use insurance, contact the practice before paying so the team can explain the available ordering pathway; coverage and draw-site rules vary.
