Complete a secure intake after approval
The clinical questionnaire will open only after the consent and enrollment gates are approved. Clinical information belongs inside the secure account.
Meet a clinician and build a plan
Evaluation, labs, in-person care, and treatment decisions will depend on clinical appropriateness and availability. Prescribing is never guaranteed.
The planned intake keeps clinicians responsible
After enrollment is approved, the clinical workflow is designed for review by Dr. Prisk or Elizabeth Headlee, CRNP. The current update request does not collect medical history or trigger a care decision.
Labs are local and actually convenient
When clinically ordered, bloodwork can be arranged through an available Pennsylvania draw site or the Monroeville office. Results return to the care team for review and a plain-English explanation.
Prescriptions go to the pharmacy you select
If medication is prescribed, it is sent electronically to a pharmacy you choose that can lawfully dispense it. For controlled medications, POWFIT MD's Pennsylvania policy begins with an in-person visit and follows all applicable state and federal requirements.
Follow-up stays organized, with humans watching
The workflow is designed to track refills, follow-up labs, and check-ins while keeping clinicians responsible for decisions and staff responsible for patient follow-through.
