The honest fine print
Hormone therapy is individualized medical care. A membership is not a guarantee of a prescription — treatment decisions are made by a licensed clinician after evaluation. Compounded medications, when clinically appropriate, are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved.
Women's HRT questions, answered
I've been told I'm 'too young' or 'too old' for HRT. Is that true?
Age alone isn't the answer — timing, symptoms, and your personal risk profile are. We'll walk through the actual evidence with you and make a plan that fits your situation.
Do you prescribe bioidentical hormones?
We consider FDA-approved products first. A patient-specific compounded option may be considered only when your clinician documents a clinical need and a qualified pharmacy can lawfully provide it. We will clearly explain that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
How fast can I be seen?
Availability varies. When enrollment is open, the care model starts with a private online intake followed by scheduling with the Pennsylvania care team.
